Therapeutic massage for pain and recovery
After surgery, a car accident or years of back pain, clients book therapeutic massage to get moving again.
The RMTs at Got Knots have been the key in my rehabilitation post spinal surgery. My pain is gone. My mobility is back. I would not be where I am now without them. For context, I had a herniated disk and a ruptured disk and a severed L4 nerve root. I had a partial discectomy and a scraping to remove debris from my spinal cord. A year after surgery and a year of physio and I was living in excruciating pain and no relief. The RMTs at Got Knots were able to ease that pain and promote healing.
