Brittany Forrest is a Registered Massage Therapist who specializes in easing pain where it starts—whether it’s the lingering tension behind your eyes, the tightness in your jaw, or the deep ache that travels from your lower back down the leg.
A graduate of the 2,200-hour Massage Therapy program at Trillium College in Ontario (2021), Brittany combines precise technique with genuine care to help her clients feel balanced, clear-headed, and pain-free.
With over seven years of experience as a Personal Support Worker before becoming an RMT, Brittany understands how persistent pain affects daily life. Her treatments are guided by both clinical skill and compassion, allowing clients to relax knowing they’re in capable, attentive hands.
Her practice focuses on relieving:
- Headaches and migraines
- TMJ dysfunction
- Sciatic and hip pain
- Neck and shoulder tension
- Postural imbalances from work or stress
- Prenatal and pregnancy-related discomfort
Brittany blends deep tissue massage, therapeutic stretching, and relaxation techniques to release trigger points, reduce muscle tension, and calm the nervous system. Her goal is to restore natural alignment and relieve the kind of built-up stress that often leads to headaches, jaw tension, and fatigue.
Her Philosophy — Care That Listens and Heals
Brittany believes the best results come from understanding the person behind the pain.
Every treatment is customized to support her clients’ unique needs, whether they’re managing chronic headaches, recovering from postural strain, or seeking comfort during pregnancy.
With a grounded, compassionate touch, she helps clients find relief, balance, and lasting calm long after they leave the table.
